Plaster is poured around Dutch ESA astronaut André Kuipers as he sits in a special mould. The cast is used to custom make the chair in which he will sit in the Soyuz spacecraft that will take him to the International Space Station for the DELTA Mission, which is due to take place in April 2004. (January 2004)
