A perspective view of Tithonium Chasma, part of Valles Marineris, taken by Mars Express during orbit 887 with a ground resolution of approximately 13 metres per pixel.

The displayed region is located at the beginning of the canyon system at about latitude 5° South and longitude 280° East. The view is looking north, over the hill feature which exhibits linear features, possibly caused by fluvial or aeolian erosion.
