Med hjälp av det IRF-byggda instrumentet Aspera-3 ombord på ESA-
satelliten Mars Express har forskarna upptäckt en sorts norrsken på
Mars. Det uppträder dock inte runt polerna, utan kring de utspridda
områden med kvarvarande magnetism som finns på den röda planeten.
