      The winner of ESA’s Special Prize in the European Satellite Navigation Competition (ESNC) 2009 Tim Springer from the German start-up company PosiTim. His proposal is a system that identifies positions in real time with centimetre accuracy. He is also the regional winner of Hesse, Germany. At the ESNC in Munich 21 October 2009, from left: Thorsten Rudolph (Managing Director of Application Center for Satellite Navigation Oberpfaffenhofen AZO, the instigator of ESNC), Tim Springer (PosiTim), Frank M. Salzgeber (Head of ESA TTPO) and Ulrike Daniels (Business Development of Application Center for Satellite Navigation Oberpfaffenhofen AZO).
