Description
'Astronaut' at the controls of the Eurobot Ground Prototype.
The Eurobot Ground Prototype (EGP) and Aouda.X spacesuit mockup along with the Long Term Medical Survey System (LTMS), were tested in Mars-like terrain of Spain's Rio Tinto mines in April 2011.
The field test campaign was organised by the Austrian Space Forum (ÖWF) together with ESA and Prof. Felipe Gomez from the Centro de AstroBiologia institute in Madrid.
