Technicians at Europe's Spaceport, Kourou in French Guiana inspecting ATV Edoardo Amaldi's docking cone.
ESA's Automated Transfer Vehicles (ATV) supply the International Space Station with fuel and cargo as well as boosting the Station's orbit.
The docking mechanism is protected by a red metal cover that will be removed before flight.
