      Mimi virus taken by the FLASH X-ray Free Electron Laser at the DESY German Electron Synchrotron in Hamburg. Germany. The giant virus has a particle size diameter of 0.7 micron and is the most complex virus described today.
      The picture was taken by Henry Chapman (Center for Free-Electron Laser Science DESY at Hamburg University, Germany) and Janos Hajdu (Uppsala University, Sweden).
